was established in 2006 as an expert wireless company targeting domestic small & medium-sized businesses (SMB) that require big-business support on SMB budgets. Wireless device offerings focus on Microsoft Windows Mobile (WM) productivity enhancers as well as purpose-driven GPS devices. The WM phones bring several mobile imperatives together in a single device, saving the SMB time, money and management headaches.

Today, only 6m business users utilize mobile data. There is expected to be 700% growth in the next five years, (CTIA Ovum, Independent). Meanwhile, the worldwide converged mobile device market will grow by over 130 million units in 2008 alone, with the U.S. market growing 35 million units during the same timeframe (IDC Report, Worldwide Smart handheld Device 2004-2008 Forecast Update).

Jeff Tange

President

Prior to joining Incitecomm, Jeff Tange served in senior management at Qualcomm, Inc. An early participant in Qualcomm's success, during his 16 year tenure he was instrumental in the creation and implementation of systems to support the diverse needs of the industry-leading OmniTRAC satellite tracking system. In addition, he was responsible for the development, integration and support of many of OmniTRAC's key domestic and international business systems. Tange was previously Vice President of Operations with Datasol, Inc. in San Diego.

Steve Albers

Senior Vice President of Operations

Steve Albers has extensive wireless telecommunications management experience working with wireless giants Nokia and Motorola and pioneers such as AMCC, Sony and Qualcomm where he was instrumental in the success of the handset division for 10 years. Albers most recently served in an executive role with industry newcomer i-mate. He is versed in all wireless technologies including GSM and all its derivatives and particularly in the complex dynamic CDMA market.
